Not surprisingly, he was very warm, friendly and patient. I needed that since a couple months before I had bought a used honda which didn't work out and so now I had to deal with not only buying another car, but getting a fair trade in. I got both from Joey. The combination of his fairness and his patience in explaining everything to me made it all a very pleasant experience. I will definitely recommend Joey to my friends who are in the market for a honda. More

Even after getting a number we were okay with he went above and beyond to get us something even better. He listened to us and we could not be more grateful. I was looking for a reliable vehicle for cheap and actually enjoyed my time in the dealership while making the purchase. Joey - Needs to Be Respectful & How to Work with Customers My wife and I were interested in a Pre-owned MDX. Joey was the sales consultant we ended up working with. He was energetic, but rude and disrespecful My wife and I were interested in a Pre-owned MDX. Joey was the sales consultant we ended up working with. He was energetic, but rude and disrespecful. We felt he had to have a rebuttal for everything we said. He did not listen to what we had to say or what we want to purchase. He was not willing to negotiate from the vehicle list price or interested in knowing what we were willing to pay. A sales consultant like Joey is the #1 reason why customers hate walking into a dealership. The experience was very negative. I recommend working with another sales consultant if you have to shop at Suburban Honda. More

Bad experience I bought a car in fall - the process was fairly easy because the cars sell themselves. The salesman Jeremiah answered emails quickly at that point. I I bought a car in fall - the process was fairly easy because the cars sell themselves. The salesman Jeremiah answered emails quickly at that point. I made the error of getting an extended warranty. I changed my mind before I even picked up the vehicle. What a nightmare! It's taken months to fix this.. emails suddenly went into a black hole, and people were "out" a lot. Finance manager swore he'd fix it - not so much. I finally emailed Easy Care directly and they helped.. but it still took the dealer another month to credit my account. Terrible. I won't get service or anything from this place and look forward to a better experience elsewhere. More
