AMAZING EXPERIENCE!! My wife and I were looking for a used Honda Pilot. We went to Raj because he came highly recommended from my parents since he had just helped them buy My wife and I were looking for a used Honda Pilot. We went to Raj because he came highly recommended from my parents since he had just helped them buy a HR-V and lease a Civic. He did not disappoint. He was the first and last salesperson I dealt with. In the future, he will be the only. Raj was nothing short of amazing. After test driving two Honda Pilots, we decided that we wanted to wait. Raj was not pushy and completely understood. Then roughly a week later, Suburban Honda received a 2009 Honda Pilot and Raj immediately thought of us. He called me first thing in the morning on the day Suburban Honda took possession of the car. He told me the moment he saw the car he thought of us. I couldn't be more happy that he called because my wife and I are now the owners of a beautiful Honda Pilot that fit our needs and our price range. On personal note, Raj made us feel extremely welcomed. He is honest, funny, friendly, and he treated us like we were family. I'm moving to Colorado from Michigan, but when I'm ready to buy another vehicle (and it will be a Honda) I'll come to Michigan because of Raj and Suburban Honda. Bad "service" I purchased my Honda Accord from Suburban Honda in April 2016, and have since had an issue with the driver's seat. I brought this to the attention of I purchased my Honda Accord from Suburban Honda in April 2016, and have since had an issue with the driver's seat. I brought this to the attention of one of the service staff and he was supposed to have the service manager contact me. It's been two months and I've heard nothing from this man. I've been back to the dealership three times - in the middle of the day - to talk to him specifically about this issue, but each time he "had left for the day." I was even told by another service member, "there's nothing I can do until he (service manager) gets in touch with you. Complete brush off! This type of treatment makes me wish I had never bought a vehicle from the Suburban flagship. More

Instead of simply saying "I'm sorry, but there's no room for negotiation on this price point" he condescendingly talked down to me for ten minutes and treated me as inferior because of my inexperience purchasing vehicles. Excellent I had an issue with the car I bought Dec 2016 from this dealership---they were very accommodating and Bob (Service Manager) was very kind, kept me inf I had an issue with the car I bought Dec 2016 from this dealership---they were very accommodating and Bob (Service Manager) was very kind, kept me informed and worked his hardest to resolve it. It was agreed that I would trade this car in and get something different. I worked with Hans (New Car Manager) initially, then once again worked with Joey. A 2nd time in 4 months, and he was professional, kind and I trusted him on the deal. Highly recommend him! More
