Fantastic Service! Jackson Balk went above and beyond! From the initial "Hi!" To final signing of our purchase of a new (probably one of the first modern steel metallic 2.0's shipped!) 2018 Honda Accord From the initial "Hi!" To final signing of our purchase of a new (probably one of the first modern steel metallic 2.0's shipped!) 2018 Honda Accord 2.0 Touring Sedan, I can honestly say Jackson was not only a pleasure to work with but also a honest, helpful, problem solving, and detailed professional. Our issues were as follows: 1) We wanted to buy a new Honda Accord Touring 2.0 with a specific interior and exterior color in mind. 2) We had to turn in our leased Lincoln MKS at the end of the Month, regardless. 3) We needed to close, i.e.: have a car without any downtime. From beginning to end, Jackson came thru! 1) Provided great value with NO pressure. Unique for a auto salesperson. 2) Follow thru was consistent and immediate. Always got back to me within an hour of my text questions. 3) Any issue, such as what do we do if we turn in our lease and the ordered car is not available, Jackson had a solution. 4) Collected ALL information ahead of time so the new car closing was very quick, enjoyable, relaxing....and involved no high pressure sales from others to "buy extras, such as warranties, etc. Jackson pre-sold: Tire Warranty, Heated Steering Wheel, Wheel Locks, etc ahead of time so we knew before closing what the final price would be. As a side note, Jackson, ahead of the sale, before I ever met him was kind, courteous, and helpful to my 88 year old father-in law, who stopped in without notice to gather information on the new Honda Accord 2018's. Small things like this grab my attention. Would I recommend Jackson and Suburban Honda to others? Absolutely! Also.....we love our Honda Accord 2.0 Touring!!!!! The representatives call customers saying they have their car ready - make them wait for 3 hours... and then say - the 2014 certified model that you are looking for is not available - would you accept another 2010 model! They have no respect for your time - rather than giving you a straight price they will talk utter BS talking about differences in cars, cultures... travel around the worlk and what not. FYI - the sales representatives boast that they sell more than 500 preowned cars per month! This place is BS -- there are better dealers - smaller in aizebut are much better in respefting your time and their customer service. More

Looking on Craigslist became a hassle and frustrating, Finally I had remembered Joey from last year when I had bought my Kia and decided to give him a call about a car I saw on the website. He took the time to go and get the car from another dealership so that the next day I could test drive it. I was not impressed by the car because it was too big and I was upset and crying but I told him to try to get me approved anyway because I was in a time crunch and even had to leave for a doctors appointment and couldn't stay for the results but he took the time and an hour later I received the "phone call" that could either ruin or make my life... he called and said "you're gonna love me!" Of course I asked why and he said he had found me the perfect car!! He knew exactly what I wanted just from me explaining what my previous cars were and he found my match!! It is perfect :) after that he sat with me when dealing with my car insurance to make sure that I had all the information and the price that I deserved on the coverage. I now have a car that is the perfect size for me and after crying for weeks I can finally breathe a joyous relief. He patiently worked with me to make sure I was happy and it paid off! Thank you Joey! You saved my life and my job and I seriously can not explain how grateful I am for all the hard work you put in for helping me to get a car. I also wanted to thank Karl for taking the timE to explain my coverage on the car and answer all my questions . These two are so amazing! More
