BAD EXPERIENCE I came into this dealership on a Saturday morning right at 10 hoping to test drive a new Accord. The place was a ghost town. I stood around waiting for the better part of 30 minutes and still no one came up to me or greeted me or anything. This is terrible service from this dealership . There was absolutely no one . Not even a manager I could talk to. I left the dealership at 10:30 and needless to say I will not be getting my car from Suburban Honda. I don't know who the manager is but they should be fired immediately!! I WILL NOT COME BACK TO THIS LOCATION!! More

He emailed, called and sent me a text to find out exactly what I was interested in for my purchase. Joey went over and beyond to find me a vehicle that was best designed for my personal credit situation. He treated me with respect and remained positive with me even when things didn't look like there were not going to work out. He didn't give up on the search for a perfect vehicle for me until he found one, he was persistent and searched for a car in the Suburban Collection. He demonstrated in depth experience and knowledge on the specific cars that would work out for my financial situation. He treated me with respect and I didn't feel pressured during my shopping experience and even though I was buying a used vehicle he treated me as a priority. Joe went above and beyond to find me a vehicle that had low miles and still in the price range that I was looking for, other salesperson would not have gone the extra mild that he did. I had visited about 2 other dealers in the Suburban collection and none of the other sales individuals, seemed interested in my business and lacked follow up and concern for me finding an vehicle for my daughter.
