Hour and Half of Non-stop Sales Pitches and Upsells Bought out a lease from the same salesmen. His greeting was to look at me in silence until I said hello then he immediately asked for my car keys. I filled out my credit approval form online but they "couldnt find it" at the dealership so I had to fill out the form and start the process from the beginning. Joey took the form and my keys without a word and walked away from 35 minutes while he sold a car to a different group during the appointment I specifically made with him. I finally saw Joey again and asked how long this would take. He said it would be 90 minutes so I asked to finish this tomorrow after the credit information was processed. Miraculously it was then done right away. The next 25 minutes was a disgusting and pushy sales spin to up charge me on every package, warranty, and add-on possible despite showing zero interested and firmly saying no. Terrible experience. Will never go to this dealership for anything ever again ever. More
