I'm retired and bought/leased many vehicles, this might have been my best experience ever. Erin from Internet was easily better than any other dealership as I was shopping around online. She was able to give me an accurate quote for my lease by email right away (many other dealers insisted on my phone number or for me to come in personally before they would give a quote). Sam was very patient in sales with all my questions. Karl sweetened the deal for me which was great. No pressure at all from either Sam or Karl. Alex was very efficient in the business office. More

I filled out an online form for quotes from several dealers and was immediately contacted by Erin at Suburban Honda. Darius was my sales consultant. He listened and patiently answered my questions, even the repetitive ones. He really knew what I wanted and helped me to get to an acceptable price point and payment. Jackson, the sales manager made me an offer that turned out to be the best overall quote, among 3 other dealers, which stayed firm right to the end of the buying process. The dealership was very accommodating in helping me with getting in and finalizing the sale. No gimmicks, no bait and switch, no hanky panky.........all of which I have experienced in the past. I was very impressed and satisfied with my buying experience. And the best part, I love my car. More
