Unprofessional, Irresponsible working manner I was help by this saleman 2 weeks ago in buying a used vehicle. After test driving and agreeing to buy the vehicle on the first day we met, I went ho I was help by this saleman 2 weeks ago in buying a used vehicle. After test driving and agreeing to buy the vehicle on the first day we met, I went home and figured that I had not asked him about the vehicle carfax history so I tried to call and text him to send me one before I came in and went on with financing process, he just replied YES but never sent anything until I showed up in the shop then he printed out a copy! this tells me that he was so obscured about this vehicle. And yes, it turned out the vehicle had an accident before! Later when we agreed on a date where we met to work on down-payment and when the windshield can be replaced, he did NOT SHOW UP! Through his co-worker I found out it was his day off (so I guess he just decided not to come without notice me!) at the same time his co-worker told me to sit down in the waiting area, he already talked to someone in the back, they would come for me soon. Guess what? I sat there for 40 min without anybody came to help. So I left the shop to go back to work, on the way I got a call from him just asked "hey, what happened?" I told him I had to be back to work, he asked if I talk to his friend- Alex who also is the finance man in the back ( I guessed I would've worked with your friend if you had told me in advanceof; I made the appointment to work with you, not your friend!) He told me let he figure out with his friend and would call me back but I never heard from him again for the rest of the day. until afternoon of the next day, he sent me a text said that "he cannot move forward with getting the windshield replaced if he cant get the rest of the down payment....." (to me his tone felt like I didnt want to pay to get everything done!) Anyway, my experience at this dealership was NOT good at all. He never said sorry or apologized to me. There were some other annoyances over when the windshield will be replaced and the 2 almost dead key fobs but I spoke to his boss and he did explained to me about the delay and did apologized for that so I can rest assure. On the other side I have to thank Alex Salata. He is masterful about what he is doing. He explained everything in great detail and made sure I understand them. Answered any questions I had. He is understanding and gave me the right recommendations on vehicle warrantees. Thanks again! More

He gave me all the information I needed before even visiting the dealership and made it a very smooth sailing process. He is very well informed and knows his stuff about cars. He was easy to work with and even showed me the features of the car before I got in and drove off. I found that very helpful. He is very friendly and easy to talk to and communicate with. He ensured I got the car I wanted and am very satisfied with. During the signing process Alex Salata explained everything in great detail and made sure I understood everything. Made sure not to hesitate if I had any questions for him. He was well spoken and didn't miss a beat when explaining things. He is easy going and gave me good recommendations on vehicle warrantees with a logical explanation behind them. The overall process was superb. I am beyond satisfied.
