Very easy to deal with! The easiest and fastest that I've ever been in and out of a dealership (buying a new vehicle) in my 40 years of driving! My fiancé and I bought a used car from Mike Siwicki yesterday and we couldn't be more happy with the experience. Mike was knowledgeable, showed us great options in our price range and went above and be yesterday and we couldn't be more happy with the experience. Mike was knowledgeable, showed us great options in our price range and went above and beyond to make sure we got the best vehicle possible. He was funny and made the car buying process so smooth! All of the manager were very nice and gave us an INCREDIBLE deal. Plus, the used car manager Ryan Prince made sure that someone came out to my work the VERY NEXT DAY to replace the windshield because there was a crack. In fact, the guy is doing it right now as I write this review. And the guy from the company he sent out is incredibly nice! Alex Salata was a breeze to work with in finance and explained everything so well. Even with my fiancé picking on him, he rolled with the punches and made the process super smooth. I would recommend Suburban Honda to anyone in the market for a car. More

He really made both my family and myself feel welcomed. He answered questions, seemed like he was very knowledgeable and supportive without pressuring our decision. He was great to work with and to get our used car from. I will be back! He went over and above to make sure I was happy with both my service and with my choice in vehicles. Alex was in the finance department and was continuously supportive and showed good listening skills and care for my concerns, questions, and needs.
