I was hoping that this dealership would be better than Page Honda, but it wasn't. The initial service advisor, Jeff, never got back to me, and then Bob Spurgeon contacted me after I cancelled my appointme Page Honda, but it wasn't. The initial service advisor, Jeff, never got back to me, and then Bob Spurgeon contacted me after I cancelled my appointment. He left me a message, but did not return my two voice messages thereafter. I then sent him a message via email, and he finally stated that he was unable to match any Page Honda coupons. I would not buy a Honda vehicle ever again, as I don't trust the dealership to refrain from performing unnecessary tests to keep them profitable. More

They show incentives on their site that no longer exist, to get you to engage or come in. My quoted payment went from $319 on the website to $573 for the exact same terms on the same vehicle, from some rookie salesperson. And this is on an old, 2024 model from last year. Lastly, the actual price is so completely out of line with the completion, it's absurd. It seems clear they have no idea where their competition is priced, or they don't care. I first had to work with someone named Tina, and then Chris, just to get turned over to a salesperson that could give me numbers. This wasted time. Avoid at all costs - you can do better at another Honda dealer. More
