My daughter paid cash (7 years of savings) for a 2021 Honda Civic EX. Delivery would be delayed for a month due to a back-ordered part. This was unacceptable for several reasons, including the fact that she was already paying insurance on this vehicle. I spoke with a sales manager, Karl Stuef, and calmly explained the situation. He called back within an hour and said he resolved the issue by taking the part from another vehicle on their lot. That is good customer service! The only negative was the poor detailing done on this vehicle. I don't expect a preowned vehicle to be perfect, but cleaning up sticky spills and dirty upholstery is pretty basic when detailing a vehicle for sale. More

I had an absolutely awful experience with the dealership when I brought my car in today for an appraisal. I took my car in to have my car inspected for a possible sale to the dealership. The salesman told me he would go outside to look at the car and come back inside the showroom where I was patiently waiting. Instead, I saw another gentleman at the dealership drive off with my car without my knowledge permission, or consent. Upon addressing this with the dealership, they blew me off and said they were not interested in my vehicle any longer despite the fact that I had a number of personal, valuable possessions in the car and did not give them permission to test drive the vehicle without my consent or alternatively, without me as a passenger in the car as well. After sharing my experience, the dealership appraiser was completely obnoxious abd dismissive of my feelings. The way in which this dealership conducts business should not be tolerated. I will never be back again, and will certainly inform all my family and friends not to do business with Suburban Honda dealership. This was a very disappointing and upsetting experience. Sam was attentive without being pushy, making it clear that our satisfaction with what we were buying was his biggest priority. He was super patient with all of our questions. I am not a fan of car buying - never have been, but Sam's welcome, respectful demeanor, along with a ready smile and a great, easy laugh, made the process, well, dare I say fun? He assured us that our relationship with him did not end at the sale; he encouraged us to get in touch with him with any questions we had, which was very reassuring. This was a very pleasant experience from working with Joey to completing the sale. Very easy process.
