During these difficult and unprecedented times we decided to purchase a new Honda. We had heard the horror stories many people were experiencing because of extreme dealer mark ups (well above invoice price), to purchase a new Honda. We had heard the horror stories many people were experiencing because of extreme dealer mark ups (well above invoice price), limited choices due to low inventories, and long wait periods before vehicle delivery. We braced ourselves expecting the worst. And we could not have been more WRONG! We returned to Suburban Honda where we had previously purchased a CRV. We were greeted by Samir Rema who was friendly, knowledgeable and professional. Samir’s no pressure, easy going, honest sales approach made the purchasing experience enjoyable, and instilled a sense of trust. After spending quite some time looking at several vehicles, we purchased a 2022 Honda Passport Elite. Wow, what a car, we both love it, When it came time to close the deal we were offered top dollar for our trade-in and we are are happy to report no dealer mark up! We highly recommend suburban Honda both for the purchase of a new vehicle and to get top dollar for your trade. Purchased 2019 Honda Odyssey EX in January of 2021. This was a second purchase from a Suburban outfit. Somehow ended up with an extended warranty which I should have never purchased. Long story short This was a second purchase from a Suburban outfit. Somehow ended up with an extended warranty which I should have never purchased. Long story short, traded Honda and sent paperwork to cancel extended warranty. They received paperwork at their front desk now at over 4 weeks. Before I had sent paperwork I repeatedly called and emailed about the way to go about it. No one ever made a return call or emailed. My phone rang off the hook when I was thinking of purchasing but trying to get a portion of my money back, well. I will never buy another vehicle or even suggest anyone buy from them. Absolutely no respect for this unethical stealer ship. More
The service department tried to charge me for repairs on my certified Honda which I only had for about 10 days. All repairs were under the bumper to bumper warranty and also covered from being certified. Af my certified Honda which I only had for about 10 days. After giving me a long list of what needed repair the mechanic got mad at me saying that I never told him the car was certified, which I had made clear to him right from the start. Not sure knowing that should have changed what he claimed were "needed" repairs or why he did not see all that info from the vin number. I am a senior and only use the car to go to the store once a week. Due to covid and the need to quarantine the car was only driven once to the store and bank 5 miles from my house in the 10 days of purchasing the car. The mechanic then accused me of driving over 300 miles saying I was responsible for repairing the rotor. Which was completely false. In the end, the service repair manager told me that my rotor got rusty from not being driven!!! Really?? Not driving a car for a week is going to cause your rotors to rust?! This place are thieves who try to take advantage of elderly women. I would recommend never using this repair center! And i also reccomend driving your car daily so your rotors don't rust...at least that is what the "experts" at Suburban Honda service center say. What a joke!! More

Purchasing our Honda CRV from John Butler in sales we could not have felt more comfortable the way we were treated from the sale to the delivery of the vehicle. Needing service on the vehicle a few years could not have felt more comfortable the way we were treated from the sale to the delivery of the vehicle. Needing service on the vehicle a few years later Dan Bembas and Evan Granroth took the time to deal with our repair situation like it was his own car. I am very thankful to them and the excellent Honda Service team! Outstanding work! More
