First met Jeff when he supported Acura cars about 10 years ago. He transitioned over to Honda, so our interaction was limited until I purchased a Civic for my mom. I am and always will be grateful for his thoroughness and consultative expertise. Great listener, even better explainer of situations as it pertains to repairs. I wouldn't recommend this dealership to anyone. We bought a 2018 Honda Accord Touring on 08/07/23 on a Monday. We both agreed on the price after some negotiating. We gave them our credit card for the deposit, and they informed us that their finance office was closed at the moment so they would charge us the next day morning. They took our credit card details and didn't charge us on Tuesday, so we called on Wednesday and asked why we weren't charged, they told us everything was set, and the car was ours and that we had to make a cashier's cheque to the name of Suburban Honda. They also told us to send the insurance details to them. So, we took the insurance, cashier cheque, and all required documents to the dealership on Thursday at 2.30, as per our conversation. The salesman (Jon Quick) came and asked us about our license plate choice too. After, he told us he would go grab the car. After 10 minutes, the manager came and said sorry and that they had sold that car to someone else on Tuesday. We asked them why they told us to make a cashier cheque and to add the vehicle to our insurance when they had sold it to someone else, and their answer was insufficient and seemed like xx. They had said the salesman (Jon Quick) had forgotten to get the title from the manager and notify that he had sold the car. However, when we had bought the car, many other employees had witnessed it, so they could've also notified management. So, they probably just got a better offer the next day and screwed us over. All for being a family dealership. More

The worst experience I have ever faced. I left my car for an oil change, and after 1 hour, Mr. Jeff Smith called me and told me that one of my tires had a nail and they wanted to change all I left my car for an oil change, and after 1 hour, Mr. Jeff Smith called me and told me that one of my tires had a nail and they wanted to change all four tires as they don’t have Michelin tires. I just replaced all my tires 6 months back.🤔 I have been using their services for the last 3 years, and I was a little skeptical about their charges, as they were charging a lot for the normal services. But I was blown away by their demands this time. The service advisor informed me that I have to change the transmission fluid, which will cost around $700–800, and that the spark valve adjustment will take another $300. I am not sure how he thought I would believe him. They are robbing us, and I am not going to go to them now and will tell my friends to avoid them too. Earlier, I used to pay the bill in the cashier's office, but these advisors are now charging the money in their cubicles. Is it a new policy or something? I am skeptical about it. Sorry, I don’t want to give it a single star either. More

Surbarban Honda of Farmington Hills was the best decision that i could have made. GiGi ask me what I wanted in a vehicle and when fid I want to fet it.
