After having a horrible experience with a Ford dealership in Wyoming, I was very hesitant to engage another Ford dealer and Ford product. Luckily, I know a guy who knows a guy and I got in touch with Norm S in Wyoming, I was very hesitant to engage another Ford dealer and Ford product. Overall good experience, worked with me every step of the way. I felt the sales person rushed through the sale which ended up him forgetting some important documents and such.
