After my son was diagnosed with a life-threatening illness, we had a rough few months. Upon our return from the University of Michigan hospital, post-bone marrow transplant, our lease was up on our current vehicle. With a large family of six, we really needed more space. After test driving a King Ranch Expedition, my son and I fell in love with it. It was way out of our range, and it was so hard breaking that news to my son after all he had been through; however, Tom worked miracles!! I've never been so happy driving out of a dealership! HASSLE FREE! Thank God for NORM STERN! Within 48 hours not only was I in a brand new, GORGEOUS Ford Explorer but, the monthly payment was not much more than I was already paying for my Escape!
