HASSLE FREE! I was looking for a new lease vehicle and was having some trouble finding a dealer that would help me terminate the lease on my current vehicle, an Es I was looking for a new lease vehicle and was having some trouble finding a dealer that would help me terminate the lease on my current vehicle, an Escape, without charging me an astronomical amount of money. Thank God for NORM STERN! Within 48 hours not only was I in a brand new, GORGEOUS Ford Explorer but, the monthly payment was not much more than I was already paying for my Escape! Norm was friendly, professional and FAST! This is how car buying ought to be, truly! The finance department took care of my online credit application immediately and JENNIFER was super efficient...no waiting around for documents to be printed, etc. I cannot say enough good things about Norm Stern. I so appreciate how fast and hassle free this experience was. My days are packed with family and work obligations and the last thing I had time for (on Halloween, no less!) was leasing a new vehicle BUT, this entire experience was smooth, smooth, smooth! Everyone at Suburban Ford in Waterford was very professional and extremely helpful. I had been to another Ford Dealer a month earlier and did not have the same experience. Matt Duggan bent over backwards to ensure my car buying experience was truly enjoyable. He was able to accomplish what the other dealer couldn't which is to close the deal.
