Generally satisfactory with some areas for improvement I recently purchased a 2014 Ford Focus from Suburban Ford. I would rate the initial interaction with the sales staff as satisfactory as they were able I recently purchased a 2014 Ford Focus from Suburban Ford. I would rate the initial interaction with the sales staff as satisfactory as they were able to obtain my minimum trade in value and found available incentives. The interaction with the F&I took longer than anticipated and there was some confusion regarding the transaction price breakdown. The delivery of the vehicle was less than satisfactory as I expected it to be fully detailed but the vehicle did not even receive an exterior wash much less an interior detailing prior to delivery. 2014 Flex We weren't sure if we wanted a Flex or an Explorer as we began looking for a new car. We went to Suburban Ford of Waterford where we met Matt Duggan.
