He is so friendly and helpful; I would recommend him to anyone that I know who is looking for a vehicle. He synced my ride for me; which is so cool. If he hadn't done that for, I wouldn't have done it and I now realize what a great hands free feature this is. More

Excellent experience we knew what we were looking for, and Matt was able to search extended inventory and find it for us. Working out the logistics of turning in one leas we knew what we were looking for, and Matt was able to search extended inventory and find it for us. Working out the logistics of turning in one lease vehicle and trading in another vehicle (because of age we had decided after 45 years we would become a one vehicle family), the dealership had to work out the numbers to both of our saisfaction. We were interested in an Edge, but had never owned a crossover, SUV or truck. Patrick was very informative in explaining all of our options- lease v. purchase and car v. SUV/crossover. As such, his pleasant, informative style was very helpful in sorting out our priorities before arriving at a final decision to lease.
