Excellent sales experience I went in to Suburban Ford of Waterford looking to purchase a new F150. I had done all my research on what options I wanted. I dealt with Bob Bucknum I went in to Suburban Ford of Waterford looking to purchase a new F150. I had done all my research on what options I wanted. I dealt with Bob Bucknum and he exceeded my expectations! I met with him on a Thursday night and we found the exact truck I wanted. Bob personally went and picked it up from the dealer that had what became my new truck. I highly recommend Bob Bucknum and the entire team at Suburban Ford of Waterford! More

No surprises I have never gone into Suburban Ford and was given anything less that stellar service have been buying new cars since 1966 and when we moved to The wa I have never gone into Suburban Ford and was given anything less that stellar service have been buying new cars since 1966 and when we moved to The waterford area we new we needed a new dealer that would service our cars. Since purchasing our first car from Suburban Ford, 100% of our service is done there. There is NO place else in our eyes. Nathan Bolton has always met us with a smile and a "how may I help you" attitude. Nathan and the rest of the staff in the service department is the reason we keep buying Ford.
