horrible experience I purchased the vehicle because I really wanted the car, but that was the worst buying experience I have ever had. I found the car online and it looke I purchased the vehicle because I really wanted the car, but that was the worst buying experience I have ever had. I found the car online and it looked great. Said it was in great condition and everything. All the pictures looked great as well. When I got there the tailgate was completely dented in and bowed out, the driver side mirror was cracked and had a hole in it, and the motor ticked which I knew was an exhaust leak. I drove 2 hours from Ohio so I was not pleased with being let on through their internet post. Anyway here is my entire experience. I had an appointment with Rick Magee at 10am but got no attention from him what so ever because they were busy and when I did he was rude and didn't seem to care about my experience or wants or needs. I had an appointment and he is a salesman. That is inexcusable. I didn't even get to see or test drive the car until Noon. After that I waited around for a couple more hours before we got to sit down and even discuss finances. After it was all said and done I ended up purchasing the vehicle around closing time. Rick Magee was already in his Cadillac and out of the parking lot and on his way home before I was even leaving the building. I had also walked in to Suburban Ford already preaproved for 40k through my bank because I had previously shopped around for loans before I went to purchase a car. They still ended up running my credit at 10 different banks without my knowledge which I was not happy about. A week after I purchased the car I went to register my vehicle and I had to pay $800 tax difference because I live in Ohio and bought the car in Michigan. Which I understand, but Rick had told me that he was going to take care of that and it was all going to be included in the total amount I financed. It was a big surprise that I was not happy about. Here is some more stuff. A couple weeks after I had already been driving the vehicle I start getting calls and e-mails telling me they have to finance my car through a different bank. WHAT? I was preapproved, how am I even able to leave the lot without that being taken care of. So they had to overnight me a different contract which wasn't right. So they had to overnight me another contract. I returned that and continued to receive phone call after phone call during the day. I am a 3rd shift worker so receiving a bunch of calls throughout the day while I am trying to sleep is not fun. Especially when none of this should have been necessary and should have been taken care of before I even left the lot. I took care of that but continued receiving calls saying they need the title of the car I traded in. I traded in a vehicle that I still owed on so the bank still had my title which we discussed and they should know I would assume. This is just a short summary of my experience. If I didn't drive so far and waste an entire day I would have just walked out and I thought about doing so the entire time. Terrible experience. I give it 1 star because I have to, they deserve 0. Do not shop at Surburban Ford. Go somewhere else and I'm sure you will be much happier. I think I would have had a better experience at a little dive car lot where you expect to be taken advantage of. I figure it would be better at an actual Ford dealership. I was wrong. Don't make the same mistake I did. More

Just recently, however, when we turned our car in for a new model, we mentioned that my wife had lost a favorite earing in the car and we were unable to find it despite our numerous efforts. Kevin called us the day after our turn-in and said he had found the earing. Needless to say, my wife is very pleased not only with our new vehicle, but especially with Kevin for his extended efforts to please his clients in any way he can.
