By far the worse experience at a dealership in my car buying lifetime. Josh was horrible to work with and made this the most uncomfortable, shady game, and biggest waste of time experience ever. He tells me they approved me at 17% interest and then tells me it’s HIS policy because he’s the “manager” that I can’t do outside financing. (Which was a lie). At the end of the day we get my interest down to market rate with someone with my credit. Which is all I wanted and my personal bank approved me for. I decided to continue with the transaction as I needed this vehicle for my business and there are very few if any vehicles like this available. If it wasn’t for my need for this vehicle I would have taken my business somewhere else and will never recommend this dealership to anyone. Especially Josh. Buyers beware of his shady “sales” tactics and hold your ground. Very unpleasant and uncomfortable experience with Josh. My sales guy Steve though was good. I purchased a used vehicle from this dealership on August 12th 2023. I also purchased an extended warranty with the vehicle. after some consideration, I opted to cancel the extended warranty. I initiated and completed the cancellation via the dealership on August 24th 2023. I was told it would take 6 to 8 weeks to process the refund for the warranty. It is now November 14th 2023 and the refund still has not shown up in my account. I have been in contact with the Finance Manager I worked with for the sale since the original 8 week deadline was up. I have been assured they are doing all they can to make it right but that does not change the fact that I have not received my refund after nearly 3 months has gone by since asking for it. If you are buying a vehicle from these people, I would highly recommend that you DO NOT finance through them. I will not go as far as saying they are "crooks" but separating you from your money is definitely their top priority. More

My experience with the Collision Center was less than satisfactory and it wasn’t until I was pushed to my limit that anything was done to rectify my concerns. They don't give loners on recalls, leaving you without a vehicle.
