We drove down to suburban Ford and were very pleased with the selection of trucks they had. We had a great salesman named Rick Mcgee he wasnt pushy like some salesmen. He was honest and gave us a good deal. He was busy the day we went to pick the truck up but made it a point to keep checking up on us. the whole experience went very smooth and i will be back when its time to replace my car!! More

On top of it, my first oil change was free. I'm lucky it's only 2 miles from my home, thanks guys. I also had a great from sending a request for qoute, I was set up quickly to a sales rep, Bob Buckman was fantastic. Goose chase I had no real issues with our Salesman Philip. However, the 2 cars we were there to see could not be found. We were driven back and forth between the 2 locations multiple times. My husband and I arrived at the dealership around 2 pm and left around 730 pm. With Philip being new there I was put off by the way the other staff treated him, yet he seemed the one who had my best interest at heart. I bought a car, was told to pick it up the next day at 1, it wasn't ready until 430. I went in for a 3-4,000$ car walked out with at 17,000$ car. So well played Waterford, you won. More
