On top of it, my first oil change was free. I'm lucky it's only 2 miles from my home, thanks guys. I also had a great from sending a request for qoute, I was set up quickly to a sales rep, Bob Buckman was fantastic. Goose chase I had no real issues with our Salesman Philip. However, the 2 cars we were there to see could not be found. With Philip being new there I was put off by the way the other staff treated him, yet he seemed the one who had my best interest at heart. I bought a car, was told to pick it up the next day at 1, it wasn't ready until 430. I went in for a 3-4,000$ car walked out with at 17,000$ car. So well played Waterford, you won. More
