Cannot get an answer on follow up work needed I have left two different messages on two different days at this dealership. I bought a new 2019 explorer sport and the dealer installed some options I have left two different messages on two different days at this dealership. My original salesman Matthew g. Is no longer at this dealership. His follow-up was impeccable how ever since he has left I cannot get an answer from anybody. More

Don’t buy from suburban ford I bought a used f150 all smiles and promises until the paperwork was done! Then I had to replace the cracked windshield they promised to do ! Then took it to service to get an oil change when I picked up my truck didn’t make it home had to replace a wiring harness $1000 told them it smelled like it was overheating from the day I bought it! They assured me it was nothing ! I took it to service for another oil change now I have to change the black radiator fluid $300 took it to another dealership the heater tube? Is leaking they assured me suburban knew about this when they sold me the truck! Called used sales manager he said oh well as is purchase! After leaving message after message for weeks! Called service again no response! DO NOT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE PLEASE 🙏 More

Poor condescending attitude I bought a used Ford Taurus the end of October 2018. My brakes are grinding. I went in and talked to DON the used car sales manager. My BACK BRAKES are grinding I say i havent even driven 10,000 miles on it yet. The miles I have driven are all freeway. DON THE USED CAR MANAGER says ya sorry. I say theres nothing you can do? He says NOPE. DO NOT BUY A USED CAR FROM SUBURBAN! Im have to buy another car by July 28th when my BUICK lease is up. Guess were in NOT going? ANY SUBURBAN DEALER! More
