Worst sales person I have ever dealt with!!! The dealership has changed since it moved. Couldn't get a employee quote on a new F150. Sales person didn't want to be bothered. Worst customer service experience and put our life at risk. We have purchased a used BMW car from them and it didn't reach home due to tire burst and put our life at risk. This car was suppose to have run flats and they didn't have. They failed to do a minimum check of tire pressure before delivering the vehicle and costed us another $1500 to change these tires and wrong oil filter, and they are not ready to take the responsibility. Is this called a customer satisfaction?When i called the sales manager he never returned my call for two days and i called him again today and he is not willing to take the responsibility and compensate the damages.
