Every person I encountered was knowledgeable and proficient with their part in my lease turnover that day. The entire dealership is very friendly and reassuring on your way to taking a new vehicle home. I will not go anywhere else for a car, and Suburban Ford Waterford should be the benchmark for all dealerships to model themselves after. His suggestion to have a chassis technician conduct a test drive and a full chassis inspection determined that a front wheel bearing required replacement. The diagnostics and service repairs were completed on a timely basis. The bothersome driveline noise has been eliminated.
