I leased my first car with the help of Steve, and he was incredible, attentive, and exceeded my expectations. He helped me find exactly what I was looking for, and I left the dealership last week with a 2020 Ford Escape that I absolutely love. He even sat with me after all my paperwork was done, and showed me how to use the features of my new SUV before I drove off the lot, that I would of had to spend time looking up how to use otherwise.. John, the sales manager, was also absolutely wonderful, and worked with me to get me more for my trade in. When my lease is up in two years I'll definitely be coming back to Steve and John. 6 out of 5 stars, and I'll be highly recommending Steve to anyone I know that is looking for a vehicle. More

Absolutely terrible service department. Avoid at all cost. Will leave with a bill for warranty work and more problems and you came in with. Worth the drive to go to any other dealer. cost. Very dissatisfied with the whole dealership. I ordered a new truck, waited 8 weeks for it to come and they ordered the wrong one. Spoke with the manager, he was not willing to do anything to help me. Now I new truck, waited 8 weeks for it to come and they ordered the wrong one. Spoke with the manager, he was not willing to do anything to help me. Now I cannot get a return call. Current truck needs service, definitely not taking it here. Service department always tries to do unnecessary repairs, probably trying to pay for that new building. I would not recommend this dealership. More
