Purchased my used car back in June. Was told about a bunch of work done to the car including repairing oil leaks, head gasket, on my paperwork it even suggests they rebuilt the engine. When I asked what are the major concerns all I was informed about was the missing A/C compressor and the missing radio head unit. I purshased the car based on the fact I thought the engine was in good shape due to the work done. I signed the papers and then waited 2 hours for the car when I received it was now overheating? They took the car back did some work and delivered it to my house. This time when they dropped it of the battery shifted onto the timing belt shedding the belt and leaking battery acid throughout engine bay and on my driveway.. dealership pickup car fixed and dropped off. After driving the car for less than 1k miles all the problems that were "fixed" are starting to appear again. Cylinders are failing compression tests, oil is leaking, the timing belt was installed incorrectly and possible valve damage. I tried calling to get information all I got were the voice-mail. I have to visit the dealership and talk to severive counter and found out they knew about the vavle damage before selling me the car, nor did they correctly repair everything like was told when I purchased the car. I wouldn't trust this dealership to change oil More

A short time ago I purchased a used vehicle from Suburban Ford of Waterford, MI. Recently I noticed that my gas door latch had a small defect.
