Rachel Andres was fabulous to work with for my 1st time ever Ford lease. Her immediate communication with me whenever I had a call-in question, and I had many, was spot on. She worked so hard for me and always with a sweet greeting of "No problem" and immediate answers. John Duley, the new car manager, could not have been nicer. He walked over to me on his own accord and introduced himself to me and yet when I called a week later, his words were, "I remember you!". He was so personable and helpful too. The dealership was packed with people, everyone smiling and saying, "Hello" through their COVID masks. I did not have a referral for this dealership and I was just dropping in for a quick look and ended up with my brand new Ford Explorer. NO pressure, just service. Thank you Suburban of Waterford Michigan. I will be back next time and Rachel will be my salesperson again! More

Customer service is terrible!!!!! I'm working with you to give you money, not take your money. Walked in the dealership with cash and financing in-had ready to make a purchase that day. Went an entire month from the initial promise of making a deal happen with no follow up at all - was completely blown off - on two different occasions/deals. Told the sales team I was in dire need for a vehicle so I even followed up in person and talked to the sales manager - told him I haven't heard anything from the salesperson I was working with after they said they found me a vehicle and "if anyone can make it happen, it's Suburban, we have connections". He said he would follow up - nothing. Suburban could have made $150k in easy sales from me, but decided I wasn't worth it. Can't believe I stepped foot in there after the first time I was blown off. My mistake, I guess. More

Purchased my used car back in June. Was told about a bunch of work done to the car including repairing oil leaks, head gasket, on my paperwork it even suggests they rebuilt the engine. When I asked what are the major concerns all I was informed about was the missing A/C compressor and the missing radio head unit. I purshased the car based on the fact I thought the engine was in good shape due to the work done. I signed the papers and then waited 2 hours for the car when I received it was now overheating? They took the car back did some work and delivered it to my house. This time when they dropped it of the battery shifted onto the timing belt shedding the belt and leaking battery acid throughout engine bay and on my driveway.. dealership pickup car fixed and dropped off. After driving the car for less than 1k miles all the problems that were "fixed" are starting to appear again. Cylinders are failing compression tests, oil is leaking, the timing belt was installed incorrectly and possible valve damage. I tried calling to get information all I got were the voice-mail. I have to visit the dealership and talk to severive counter and found out they knew about the vavle damage before selling me the car, nor did they correctly repair everything like was told when I purchased the car. I wouldn't trust this dealership to change oil More
