In the fall of 2020 I had a $2,000 repair done at Suburban Ford of Waterford and less than 6 months later I'm experiencing issues with the same problem which has proven to be a mystery to their serv Suburban Ford of Waterford and less than 6 months later I'm experiencing issues with the same problem which has proven to be a mystery to their service department. Today I arrived at 7:30 am for a scheduled service appointment and was told OVER AN HOUR later that my "two hour repair" would now take all day due to the fact that so many of the mechanics were out with COVID. In the meantime half of the people in the service department are without masks. DO NOT have your vehicle serviced at this dealership! More

Tom Tatu was pleasant and excellent while leasing my third Ford Fusion and turning in my end of lease Ford. He suggested the Hybrid Fusion, which saved money on both my lease payments and gasoline.
