Mrs. Lauderback your review is not entirely accurate. It took over 2 months for your vehicle due to you trying to get assistance from Ford Motor company on your 2018 Explorer with 106,7611 miles. We had the vehicle diagnosed after you approved TEAR DOWN of the engine and we waited weeks for you to decide on moving forward with the repair. You were asked not to return to this dealership as you refused to pay the entire bill owed. You authorized an Engine Tear down to diagnose the issue that does not include reassembly. Here at Suburban Ford of Waterford we rely on honesty from our employees and our customers. We did everything we told you we would do and kept our side of the agreement. It is unfortunate that Ford Motor Company decided not to assist on your repair, but we do not have any say so on their decision. FIrst of all, that is not at all the case. Ford Motor took forever to respond to me and there was no refusal to pay. I authorized the tear down to be told it would be near $12000.00 to repair, which is basically a new motor. I called and messaged many times during the time when my car was there. No return calls or messages, except for the few from Parker. No manager calls noone in authority. This is the second explorer I have had with the same problem and Ford Helped prior. No manager got involved and when he finally called I was told he would take care of the bill but dont come back. I authorized 7 hours of work to diagnose the problem which they could not and I was more than willing to pay. This dealership is basically unprofessional and rude and I will definitely shout that from any place I can. Thanks for nothing from Ford, your cars suck

Mr. Butler, I regret to hear that you are displeased with your recent experience with us. I want to point out that your negative review does not point out the entire situation with your vehicle. Your vehicle was not here for 3 weeks just for a brake system bleed service. Your vehicle was brought in with numerous new brake parts that you installed consisting of aftermarket, failed and wrong parts. I understand you took this vehicle to a local shop to get fixed and they were unable to correct your braking issue. When we are diagnosing a vehicle that has a low brake pedal with multiple new parts it does take time to figure out. I understand your frustration about it taking 3 weeks to repair. Keep in mind that also includes wait time to order and receive parts. The vehicle left here fixed and road safe which is our top priority.
