Went to service dept since they were open late (after my work hours) for noise heard in front suspension. At first I was told they couldn't get me in because of service tech had left for day. So, I went to work hours) for noise heard in front suspension. At first I was told they couldn't get me in because of service tech had left for day. So, I went to talk to my sales rep about cross bars for roof rack, which he was able to get for me right away. Then he introduced me to Service Mgr who was able to distinguish the issue I was hearing front wheel and promptly fixed both front tires (tie rod ends or something like that). Under factory warranty. Very satisfied as I had cancelled another appt to just come there and take care of. Thanks for turning an almost waste of time drive over to a positive experience afterall! More
