Kevin was very thorough and knowledgable in explaining and demonstrating all the new features as this is the first time I purchased a navigation system. He answered all my questions and even set up my sync with my phone etc. As a retired Customer Service Manager for a major telecommunications company I know what excellent service is and I am quite pleased with how my transaction was handled. I rate the dealerships service department very high. I just brought my new vehicle into service on 04/30/12 and dealt with Scott Aberlich. However, I do not like the fact that I was almost charged an extra $600 for leather cleaner on my seats that I NEVER asked for. I negotiated two years’ worth of oil changes and I strongly believe the hidden $600 mess up on my final contract was to cover the two years’ worth of oil changes. Good thing my father caught it and challenged it for an explanation or I would have been taken advantage of that day. I’ve never had this happen in the past when I’ve bought new vehicles from other dealerships. More
