Dan Suiter was very helpful in finding a vehicle for us. John and I weren't sure which Edge model we wanted, so Dan took us out to the lot where the different Edge models were. We decided on the all-wheel model, but were not sure what else we might need. In the showroom was an Edge SEL with the features we wanted. So we test drove it and found it very comfortable and that it fit all of our needs, and then some. It was near closing time when we returned, and we never felt rushed. In addition, to make sure this Edge was right for our family, the sales manager, Don Marotta, allowed us to bring the Edge home and return it the next day. Upon returning the Edge the next day, we found the staff involved very helpful and knowledgeable. That's when we discovered that this was Dan's first sale. Every one we dealt with were pleasant and helpful. So, to answer the "why" - Customer service was excellent. Dan listened to what we were looking for and would answer questions in a positive and professional manner. Quality of work was excellent. If Dan didn't know the answer, he would find it through the friendly staff. The overall experience was a great one. My husband and I can recommend Dan Suiter and the entire Suburban Ford dealership. The price was excellent because we were able to get the car on a retirement plan through John's mother. We thank Dan Suiter and recommend him and everyone at Suburban Ford. I was referred to this dealer through the USAA referral program. Without that referral, I would have chosen a dealership much closer to me. A friend who works at corporate offered up an X-Plan (Friends and family). I feel I got the best I could get with his assistance, and there was a LOT to wade through to get there. Thanks again, Dana! It is never easy to have to take your car in for repairs and waiting to hear what the damage may be but the level of customer service that was given put me at ease. I had a terrible experience with Tom Holzer Ford in Farmington, MI and was dreading bringing my car to another dealership. Our service consultant (Nathan Bolton) was extremely helpful and communicated everything each step of the way. He went above and beyond my expectations. When I walked in the door to pick up my car I was greeted by each and every staff member which made me feel good about the service that was performed on my car. Everyone was extremely helpful! I explained my situation that I had experienced with the other dealership and Nathan even took it upon himself to apologize on behalf of that dealership and even gave a discount to me because of the horrible experience that I had. Not many places have the level of customer service that is clearly demonstrated each and every day here. Thank you! More

We used to live in the Waterford area, and now live in Roscommon, Michigan, about the middle of the state. We were looking for a new 2012 Ford Escape, and my son (Todd P. Brooks) who also works for Ford Roscommon, Michigan, about the middle of the state. We were looking for a new 2012 Ford Escape, and my son (Todd P. Brooks) who also works for Ford Motor Co., set us up with Kevin Kobak. Kevin searched far and wide for the perfect vehicle, contacted us by e-mails and phone, until he found the perfect Escape for us. He is a dedicated,and a hard working, employee, you are lucky to have him....not many like him nowadays! We were so impressed with Kevin, we drove 2 1/2 hours to pick up our new Ford Escape. We could have bought the vehicle here, up north, but he was so easy and great to work with, we decided to go with Suburban Ford of Waterford. The trip was worth it! Everything went smoothly, he explained the paperwork, and all the new features of the Escape, set up our phones, and we had a full tank of gas on top of it....what more could we ask for! I hope you take care of Kevin, he deserves everything he earns, he is awesome! Angela was great also, very sweet and helpful, she explained all the options, and cost and helped find a good fit for us, since we are both retired. Angela knows here products, and sells them very well, another great employee! Your whole operation there in Waterford, is very impressive, and very busy, and I beleive it is because of the high quality of people that you employ. I was just over 2 years into my current lease of a 2010 Ford Focus, and was very interested in turning the car in early. I love the new Ford Focus for 2012, and was thrilled when the dealership called to Ford Focus, and was very interested in turning the car in early. I care about the environment as well as putting Michigan workers back to work, thus the Focus made "downriver" as well as its mileage rating made this a perfect choice for me. I also was quite happy with the 2010 Focus. I was very satisfied with my treatment in the lease of the 2010 Focus and all oil change services. I have been treated with honesty and respect in all dealings with Suburban Ford. During my recent lease experience with Naomi Rioux, I was again treated fairly and with great respect. I was comfortable throughout my dealings with Naomi, and never felt pressured. Naomi was wonderful to work with and I have handed out her card to several friends and co-workers. I can honestly say I will return to Suburban at the end of this lease, and look forward to leasing the newest Focus technology.....hopefully the electric! More
