Suburban Ford of Waterford

We used to live in the Waterford area, and now live in Roscommon, Michigan, about the middle of the state. We were looking for a new 2012 Ford Escape, and my son (Todd P. Brooks) who also works for Ford Roscommon, Michigan, about the middle of the state. We were looking for a new 2012 Ford Escape, and my son (Todd P. Brooks) who also works for Ford Motor Co., set us up with Kevin Kobak. Kevin searched far and wide for the perfect vehicle, contacted us by e-mails and phone, until he found the perfect Escape for us. He is a dedicated,and a hard working, employee, you are lucky to have him....not many like him nowadays! We were so impressed with Kevin, we drove 2 1/2 hours to pick up our new Ford Escape. We could have bought the vehicle here, up north, but he was so easy and great to work with, we decided to go with Suburban Ford of Waterford. The trip was worth it! Everything went smoothly, he explained the paperwork, and all the new features of the Escape, set up our phones, and we had a full tank of gas on top of it....what more could we ask for! I hope you take care of Kevin, he deserves everything he earns, he is awesome! Angela was great also, very sweet and helpful, she explained all the options, and cost and helped find a good fit for us, since we are both retired. Angela knows here products, and sells them very well, another great employee! Your whole operation there in Waterford, is very impressive, and very busy, and I beleive it is because of the high quality of people that you employ. I was just over 2 years into my current lease of a 2010 Ford Focus, and was very interested in turning the car in early. I love the new Ford Focus for 2012, and was thrilled when the dealership called to Ford Focus, and was very interested in turning the car in early. I care about the environment as well as putting Michigan workers back to work, thus the Focus made "downriver" as well as its mileage rating made this a perfect choice for me. I also was quite happy with the 2010 Focus. I was very satisfied with my treatment in the lease of the 2010 Focus and all oil change services. I have been treated with honesty and respect in all dealings with Suburban Ford. During my recent lease experience with Naomi Rioux, I was again treated fairly and with great respect. I was comfortable throughout my dealings with Naomi, and never felt pressured. Naomi was wonderful to work with and I have handed out her card to several friends and co-workers. It started with my first phone call to Ray the new car sales manager about the Ford Fusion Hybrid that wanted to buy, In no time at all Kevin Kobak called me back to tell me that he had the keys to the ve sales manager about the Ford Fusion Hybrid that wanted to buy, In no time at all Kevin Kobak called me back to tell me that he had the keys to the vehicle I wanted on his desk and he would hold the vehicle till I could make out their on the weekend. Once I arrived at the dealership it only got better I think Kevin and Angela both would have given the shirts of their backs if asked, I actually didn't wait till the weekend I arrived late on a Thursday night around 7:30 PM. and they had me driving my new Fusion Hybrid home that night. Because I also purchased the paint, leather and diamond glass protection plan I had to bring my car back on Saturday, Kevin said I could drop it off and take his car till my car was ready and when I was with Angela in Financing we talked about driving from Sterling Heights were I live to Waterford thats about a 45 min. to and hour drive, Angela said I could use the dealerships out here were I live but If I wanted to bring it back to them I could call her because she lives on the East side also and she would pick up my car and leave me her car while my car was repaired or worked on that is SERVICE!!! that you do not see any more.
