We have recently leased two vehicles in a span of two weeks from Suburban Ford of Waterford primarily because of the outstanding customer concern that Kevin Kobak, Lease Manager, has shown us. The past weeks from Suburban Ford of Waterford primarily because of the outstanding customer concern that Kevin Kobak, Lease Manager, has shown us. The past 3 Sales Representatives at 3 previous dealerships would never speak in specifics or show any real interest in our leases until it was time to sign the contracts. Unlike them, Kevin immediately identified what we were looking for, located a vehicle with those specifications, told us exactly what it would cost us and when we would be able to take possession of the vehicle. He took the time to do all this within a day for each vehicle and we were able to drive them away the following day. As we had asked, Kevin also took the time to test drive the vehicles himself to ensure there were no wind noises, squeaks, or unwanted issues prior to our signing any papers. He explained the paperwork in layman’s terms then paired our vehicles between the Sync systems and our phones and finally demonstrated the numerous features of each vehicle. These are the third and fourth vehicles we’ve leased with Kevin’s assistance and we will continue to return as well as let our friends and family know of his personal and complete involvement with any transaction. It was because of Rob I bought my car. I wasn't intending to purchase. I was going to look around and go to another dealership on a referral.
