Teri was a great help when I went into the dealership to purchase my truck. She made the buying experience very easy and knew all the answers for questions that I had and if she didn't know the answer see f purchase my truck. I was happy with the trade in price that Suburban Ford gave me. They didn't low ball me at all, they give me the fair price the first time. Teri was very helpful with everything whether it was asking if I needing a pop or if I needed a ride back to work she helped with everything I asked of her. I will come back to Suburban Ford for my future vehicle purchases and ask for Teri. I will also tell my friends to go visit through her in their next vehicle purchases. More

My husband and I had the good fortune to have Teri Kiefer help us through the process of leasing a new car. Though we originally just stopped by the dealership to look at some vehicles, we were greeted by Te help us through the process of leasing a new car. Though we originally just stopped by the dealership to look at some vehicles, we were greeted by Teri and that started the wheels in motion. It had been many years since we have purchased (and leased) so we had a LOT of questions. Teri was extremely patient! We are cautious and slow "deciders" but never felt pressured by Teri. She was excellent at following up with any phone calls, and made sure we had all the information we needed to make decisions which best fit our budget and preferences. I am a first time Ford Owner and I LOVE the car! I come from a GM family, this was a "leap" for me. My Sales Person Laurie Moses sealed my deal. She is a "multi tasker" at it's highest form. I enjoyed working with Laurie Moses. Laurie was very friendly and helpful during the selection of our new Fusion SE. I would recommend that all prices are included in leasing scenarios instead of after friendly and helpful during the selection of our new Fusion SE. I test drove a 2013 4wd Escape, wanting to lease with a trade and an x-plan pin. Negotiated down from $350 to a reasonable price for me. Financing went through, and I'm then taken out to look at the car af trade and an x-plan pin. Negotiated down from $350 to a reasonable price for me. Financing went through, and I'm then taken out to look at the car after it had been cleaned up. Lo and behold the brown 4wd I test drove had turned into a black fwd! Bait and switch! Rather insulted that the sales manager thought I would fall for this. I had a good experience leasing with Suburban in 2007 which is why I felt confident to go back. The dealer who I have now leased with has told me that since I had an x-plan pin, the price is set and there shouldn't have even been any negotiating involved. Beware of the goings on at Suburban Ford Waterford!! I will not go back. More
