My wife was involved in an accident in her 2012 Focus on 9/20/13 so I brought the car to Suburban for repair based on the fabulous service I've experienced over the years from George in sales. What a wonderful person! I can"t begin to say enough good things about John...professional, courteous and all of that stuff but what struck me the most is his sincerity and compassion. John is the best! I"ve been to the shop 3 times to collect documents & pictures for insurance plus just my general concerns. At every visit John is consistently courteous, kind and above all helpful without reservation. Somehow he manages to make me feel like my problem his only concern.
