Charles and I came into the dealership on 9/13/13 and immediatley Rob Fernandez approached us and was very friendly and very personable. Rob was very knowledgable about the vehicle that we were interested in (2011 Ford Edge). He made Chuck feel very comfortable, it was his first tme dealing in public since he had to have his voicebox removed due to cancer. We also had some issues over getting a specific type of loan and that is when he brought Kevin Grajewski into the deal, happily between the two of them we are now proud owners of our new (to us) Ford Edge. I leased a 2012 Ford Fusion two years ago and met with Laurie through a recommendation by friends. She's very personable, listens to you to accomodate you with what you are looking for and will go the extra mile to get you into the car that you want with what you can afford. I'm now the proud lessee of a 2013 Ford Fusion and will continue to recommend Laurie as I have with my sister and my grandma for any future dealership needs. As for the dealership themselves, the staff has always been more than helpful in the past two years that I have needed them. Teri was a great help when I went into the dealership to purchase my truck. My husband and I had the good fortune to have Teri Kiefer help us through the process of leasing a new car. Though we originally just stopped by the dealership to look at some vehicles, we were greeted by Te help us through the process of leasing a new car. Though we originally just stopped by the dealership to look at some vehicles, we were greeted by Teri and that started the wheels in motion. It had been many years since we have purchased (and leased) so we had a LOT of questions. Teri was extremely patient! We are cautious and slow "deciders" but never felt pressured by Teri. She was excellent at following up with any phone calls, and made sure we had all the information we needed to make decisions which best fit our budget and preferences.
