She went through the whole car with me and explained every detail. They also adjusted the price of the car so I would be able to get the extended warranty that I wanted.. We had another wonderful experience purchasing a car from Suburban Ford of Waterford. We were actually not going to purchase another Ford because we had a bad experience with our Escape. But we received a Suburban Ford of Waterford. We were actually not going to purchase another Ford because we had a bad experience with our Escape. But we received a call from Naomi and she asked us to give Ford another try. Since she was so great to work with in the past, we decided to drive 30 miles to come see her. We ended up leaving with a brand new Edge and couldn't be happier. We also had the opportunity to work with Ramon and he was amazing as well. He was very patient and spent a lot of time with us. We had such a great experience with all of the staff members. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and will definitely be back to visit Naomi and Ramon. More
