I came to Suburban to see a vehicle I was previously unfamiliar with. Bob showed me all of the features available in the vehicle and set me up with a test drive. All of that is pretty standard in any d unfamiliar with. Bob showed me all of the features available in the vehicle and set me up with a test drive. All of that is pretty standard in any dealership but what I liked about Suburban is that I never felt any pressure to sign the dotted line. It turned out that the vehicle fit my families needs so Bob showed me three different price options on three vehicle trim levels and showed me the value sweet spot. Again I was never pressured to make a decision and I at all times felt in control of my shopping experience. It turned out that the prices were in line with my expectations and I bought the vehicle I test drove. This vehicle happened to be the upper end of the three price options but I don't at all feel like I have been "up-sold". Bob simply showed me the options and I was able to make an educated decision that fit my lifestyle and budget. Everyone I met at Suburban was very friendly and helpful and it made for a great vehicle purchase experience. More

Michelle Crites was our sales representative, she went above and beyond what any sales person we have ever work with before. We would definitely work with her to lease our future cars. Our test cars and s above and beyond what any sales person we have ever work with before. We would definitely work with her to lease our future cars. Our test cars and seats were heated before we got into them and paperwork finished by the time we returned from our test drives, and trust me at -8 delow it was worth it. Incentives were also great. Lowered our lease payment $80 for a newer car. More

Unfortunately I live too far away to be able to successfully conduct business with Suburban Ford but I visited the dealership to test drive a Ford Fiesta ST in race red and although I wasn't able t successfully conduct business with Suburban Ford but I visited the dealership to test drive a Ford Fiesta ST in race red and although I wasn't able to negotiate a deal there they were still willing to dealer trade the car to a closer dealership for me. My salesperson, Matt, was literally sweating he was working so hard to get the car unlocked for me, very shortly after it was delivered, on one of the coldest days of the year. If I ever have the occasion to I will visit again and would happily recommend Suburban Ford to others. More
