Michelle Crites was our sales representative, she went above and beyond what any sales person we have ever work with before. We would definitely work with her to lease our future cars. Our test cars and seats were heated before we got into them and paperwork finished by the time we returned from our test drives, and trust me at -8 delow it was worth it. Incentives were also great. Lowered our lease payment $80 for a newer car. More

Unfortunately I live too far away to be able to successfully conduct business with Suburban Ford but I visited the dealership to test drive a Ford Fiesta ST in race red and although I wasn't able t successfully conduct business with Suburban Ford but I visited the dealership to test drive a Ford Fiesta ST in race red and although I wasn't able to negotiate a deal there they were still willing to dealer trade the car to a closer dealership for me. My salesperson, Matt, was literally sweating he was working so hard to get the car unlocked for me, very shortly after it was delivered, on one of the coldest days of the year. If I ever have the occasion to I will visit again and would happily recommend Suburban Ford to others. More

I went to purchase my first brand new car, no experience in buying a car and my salesman Joe was very helpful and not pushy and explained to others. Teri worked very hard to find me a vehicle that was within my current monthly payment with Ford even though the last car was financed with 0% financing thru Ford Credit, and I also had received the "Ca within my current monthly payment with Ford even though the last car was financed with 0% financing thru Ford Credit, and I also had received the "Cash for Clunkers" of $4,000.00 with my old Explorer Sport. She has completely gone beyond to give me a car while my new car was getting a tow package, and she has coordinated with the dent guy to fix an unexplained, almost unseeable pin xxxxx dent in my car so that I can have it fixed also. She is extremely knowledgeable and worked tirelessly to get me a deal. More

I came to Suburban Ford about 20 yrs ago. My vehicle was totaled in an accident and I needed a new car. I didn't think I would be able to afford one. I hate buying cars but salesman John Turnbull makes the process easy. He really listened to my needs and didn't try to sell me something I didn't want.
