Was quoted an astronomical number from another Ford dealership to do some service work. Took my truck into Suburban Ford Troy for a second opinion and couldn't have made a better decision. Issues that were brought up from the other dealership weren't even true/ an issue. Brian and the service team had my truck for less than 24 hours, talked me through every step, made sure pricing was up front, and job was completed correctly. I couldn't recommend Suburban Ford of Troy enough for anyone needing work done on their vehicle. If I ever sell, this will be the first stop to look for something new! More

He never once made us feel like we were waiting on information or an update. He communicated throughly from day one. I've been in the auto industry for over 8 years and the customer service he provided was everything you hope for and expect. The best part was he found a crack in the windshield that was hidden from the snow - called me and told us it was being replaced at no cost to us. Dealers get a bad wrap... but there are still incredible people out there who really care about their customers. Thank you Brian and Suburban Ford! Go see em' guys! More
