I bought a fusion and when I got it home, because passenger seat didn't have power, and my wife couldn't get out of it, I asked to return it, and was told i could not. Under contact they would have t passenger seat didn't have power, and my wife couldn't get out of it, I asked to return it, and was told i could not. Under contact they would have to opt out and after I had a person review it, he said they did not. Also he reported even though the car was listed on the website, as certified, he saw no evidence it was even sold to me as a certified car. I'm sure they will dazzle you with a reply, to this review, but I will tell you they have been told this and its crickets. Just beware...... More

Not true to his words and cares strictly about commission. Will say anything to get you to sign a paper and take advantage of you. Avoids your calls and doesn’t respond for weeks.
