This is a big red flag for dealers. 1 week ago, I saw the car info on Carfax, called immediately, and scheduled a test drive for the next day. However, when I confirmed with them the next day, they told me it was just sold and tried to talk me into another more expensive car. Luckily, I didn't leave home yet. Otherwise, I would end up spending 2 hours driving for a lie, for a car that doesn't exist. The funny thing is, after 1 week, that car is still on their website and carfax. I bought a pre-owned 2 days ago, and the info has already been taken down from both the dealer's website and Carfax. Therefore I can confirm here Suburban Ford of Troy is definitely doing Bait and Switch. I resent dealers like this. They simply DON‘T care. More

I bought a fusion and when I got it home, because passenger seat didn't have power, and my wife couldn't get out of it, I asked to return it, and was told i could not. Under contact they would have to opt out and after I had a person review it, he said they did not. Also he reported even though the car was listed on the website, as certified, he saw no evidence it was even sold to me as a certified car. I'm sure they will dazzle you with a reply, to this review, but I will tell you they have been told this and its crickets. Just beware...... More
