Very disappointed!!! Stopped in on a Saturday to see a car we were interested in. We decided to move forward with the purchase but could not complete due to it being too late in the day with only a half car we were interested in. So, we negotiated the trade-in and purchase price of the vehicle we wanted and submitted all of our documentation to pick the vehicle up on Monday. Could not get ahold of salesperson till early afternoon on Monday and when I did she said that "someone is looking at the car and may be purchasing it, but she would let me know if it was still available." I said basically you are just selling the car from underneath us and will give us the opportunity to purchase if the other deal falls through. She attempted to rationalize it in her small mind and I hung up the phone. Wish I had read the Yelp reviews before wasting my time here. The salespeople appear to be nice (shocker) when you are looking to purchase something, but are not as nice when they are screwing you over. STAY AWAY! More

Doesn't want you as a customer Tried to purchase a used Ford Edge during the Pandemic. Talked to a salesperson Tuesday and set up a test drive for Wednesday. Show up Wednesday for the test drive and the salesperson doesn't pick up the phone, and after waiting for 45 minutes and 3 calls later felt pretty stupid. At this point i should have walked away. Against my better judgement, decided to see if the car was sold and that was the reason i hadn't heard from the salesperson. Talked with someone in customer care and set up an appointment for Thursday afternoon, she apologized for the salesperson not returning my calls and for the inconvenience. I show up for the appointment and call the customer care person to ask them where i should park. No Answer. So i wait in the rain for 20 minutes outside of the used sale office until someone finally asks who im waiting for. I gave my name and said i have an appointment. They say, "that car was sold 20 minutes ago". So after driving 30 minutes each way to the dealership TWICE for a car that ended up being sold is maddening. All someone needed to say was that there was a possible offer on the car. At that point i would've paid sticker price and bought on spot. At this dealership, your appointment means nothing and the pedantic staff has no clue what is going on. More

Failure to Complete Recall Work Went to Elder Ford to have recall work completed. Waited 10 hours, received a phone call stating that they would need to hold the car over night. Job Went to Elder Ford to have recall work completed. Waited 10 hours, received a phone call stating that they would need to hold the car over night. Job was supposed to take 4 hours. Service manager has a very different view of service. He explained to my family that they followed the process and everything was handled properly. Ten hours later and no service is not proper in my world. After a lengthy discussion we were handed the keys, told that they wouldn't work on the vehicle. I informed them we will never buy a vehicle from them again. Extremely poor service, discrimination (both racial and age), and questioned my authority to bring the vehicle in (after I had signed the authorization). #NEVERAGAIN! More

I was surprised to find so many dealerships closed Friday night and Saturday. Elder Ford was the second location we visited, George was friendly and knowledgable. He got exactly the car we researched, but my bride wasn't exactly sure it was the right one. He asked what she was looking for, then found everything she wanted. Zaid, the manager was there too, engaged and friendly, with no pressure, just competent professionalism. One of the keys was lost, and they committed to getting me one on Monday, which they did. I recommend George and Zaid if you are looking for a used car. More
