We just leased a new car from them yesterday and the experience was seamless. Our salesperson (Tony Vleck) ordered us a car, and when it came in he pretty much took care of everything. The General Manag experience was seamless. Our salesperson (Tony Vleck) ordered us a car, and when it came in he pretty much took care of everything. The General Manager Mark even came over to talk to me and my wife, (because there was some hesitation about issues not related to the buying experience). He was a very good listener and addressed all of our issues with sincere care and professionalism. Annabelle who took care of the financial aspect of the transaction spent time with us and made sure we understood everything on the contract before she let us go. Can’t say enough nice things about Tony, Annabelle and Mark. I have been dealing with Elder Ford for years and happy to say I found the transition from Elder to Suburban to be a good move and pleasure to deal with them. More

Wouldn’t recommend them to my worst enemy. I will not ever stop there again if my truck were to die outside the building on John R road. Avoid at all costs. Not sure what Suburban Ford of Troy is tellin y’all at DealerRater, but they have not “resolved” anything with me with regard to my issue with them. Mark Lange, the new General Manager is the reason behind the 5 star rating. I work for Ford Motor Company in Customer Experience and in both my personal and professional opinion he is exactly the kind of leader we need at all Ford dealerships. He is completely customer-focused and will be able to do great things as a people leader as he guides all his employees to have that same mindset that he does.
