He went above and beyond throughout the entire process to be sure that I was comfortable. Mark sent Sebastian to pick me up from my home to take me to the dealership. We had a very interesting conversation and I could tell that he was engaged due to the fact that he took me home in an electric Mustang to see if I liked it. My sales person was Samer Kawas. He was extremely knowledgable in every facet of the transaction. Sam even went as far as scheduling an appointment for me to renew my drivers license with the Secretary of State.
