Still advise everyone to avoid them and take your business elsewhere. There is a great place in St Clair Shores called Roy O’Brien Ford. More
Mark Lange, the new General Manager is the reason behind the 5 star rating. I work for Ford Motor Company in Customer Experience and in both my personal and professional opinion he is exactly the kind of leader we need at all Ford dealerships. He is completely customer-focused and will be able to do great things as a people leader as he guides all his employees to have that same mindset that he does. Was extremely interested in a vehicle, was told the title wasn't in. Waited three weeks and was told the title still wasn't there, salesman even texted me it wasn't in.
