I took my Explorer in for a known issue with a Flex Pipe Rattle. I was told on the phone that they were aware of the issue and to bring it in. Ford suggest using hose clamps installed over the flex pipes as Rattle. I was told on the phone that they were aware of the issue and to bring it in. When I arrived the service tech Brandon seemed stand offish but I didn’t think much of it. After keeping the car for over 2 hours they proceeded to tell me the rattle was normal and that they say nothing is wrong with it. Even though it’s a known issue and all over the ST Forum Site. I will continue to take this in for this issue elsewhere and after the 3 visits using other dealerships I will file a lemon lawsuit with Ford after filling out a complaint with the attorney general. Needless to say I will never purchase another vehicle from any Suburban dealership ever again and I will make sure I post the same all over social media. Stay away from this place for service and for purchase if your smart and want to save yourself trouble. More

I enjoyed the convenenience of walk-in service. I have more confidence in the dependability of my older Fusion for winter conditions. Waiting room seats were comfortable and the area was clean. Service could use some fixing. I dropped my truck off for a recall and asked them to look at breaks, do to squeeling. Said yes to being texted, upon the automation texting me and asking about my truck they dont answer the text multiple times. I had my son drive me to dealership only to be ignored for about 20 minutes. Then after finally talking to someone, find out that I need new rotors and they won't have them till tomorrow. Mind you my truck doesn't even have 10k miles. So they said they would need to keep it for another day. Here it is almost 30 hours later and still no word. Communication to customers would be nice. Not to mention I have to inconvenience other people to get to and from work. Because I wasn't told to make other arrangements ahead of time. Communication people More
Service is non existent. I have attempted 5 different times today to make a service appointment for two safety recalls on the vehicle I purchased there.
