I have tried to reach out multiple times for you to resolve your internal incomitance and lack of integrity on repairs to my vehicle. I have talked to each of the persons listed at one star and been blown off. As a Ford employee of almost the decades. I have never experienced such a lack of professionalism, workmanship and customer service. Hence, why I had to get Bill Ford's office involved to have my issues corrected. The Ford Dealer representative didn't even want to deal with your staff and had my vehicle fixed properly at a dealership he trusted. I even gave you another shot with your dealership wanting to buy my 2020 F150 lariat 502a and was given a price that was $8000.00 less then the next lowest offer.
