Brought my super duty F250 to Suburban Ford quick lane service. They are supposed to top off all fluids. As usual, the DEF wasn't filled. Had to go back and wait another hour for that. The check list includes battery service, but one week later both batteries were completely dead. Had to call a tow truck. Very disappointing. Also, I have doubts that all of the "green" check marks are legitimate. More

I took my Explorer in for a known issue with a Flex Pipe Rattle. I was told on the phone that they were aware of the issue and to bring it in. Ford suggest using hose clamps installed over the flex pipes as Rattle. I was told on the phone that they were aware of the issue and to bring it in. Ford suggest using hose clamps installed over the flex pipes as a fix. I told them over the phone this is not a fix and is a band aid. When I arrived the service tech Brandon seemed stand offish but I didn’t think much of it. After keeping the car for over 2 hours they proceeded to tell me the rattle was normal and that they say nothing is wrong with it. Even though it’s a known issue and all over the ST Forum Site. I will continue to take this in for this issue elsewhere and after the 3 visits using other dealerships I will file a lemon lawsuit with Ford after filling out a complaint with the attorney general. Needless to say I will never purchase another vehicle from any Suburban dealership ever again and I will make sure I post the same all over social media. Stay away from this place for service and for purchase if your smart and want to save yourself trouble. More

I enjoyed the convenenience of walk-in service. I have more confidence in the dependability of my older Fusion for winter conditions. Waiting room seats were comfortable and the area was clean.
