Engineer I brought my vehicle in to fix my 2013 Ford Focus Titanium and had the most disrespectful customer service I've ever seen from a so called manager. M I brought my vehicle in to fix my 2013 Ford Focus Titanium and had the most disrespectful customer service I've ever seen from a so called manager. My vehicle was not inspected to fix my problem and I was sent away rudely and ignored. I then took my vehicle to BelleTire to use their free inspection of wheel alignment and such and sure enough the technician found the problem that I've been noticing. I then brought my vehicle back to suburban with the BelleTire write up of the problem and mike (service manager) gave me ridiculous attitude and treated me with complete disrespect. I asked to schedule an appointment to fix my vehicle bearings, which was the problem, and he did not want to accommodate my requests by any means and suggested it would be a long time before I can get my car in. I brought my car to Romeo ford and couldn't have had a better experience else where. They were kind, concerned, and were happy to get my car running properly again. I really hope this employee from suburban is too be removed because I will now never service my ford vehicle under warranty still anywhere near this dealership. Lazy lazy lazy unprofessional! More

Shop Manager makes you feel stupid, nobody wants to help. I have complained and have been passed around and I still have the same issues.
