Brian and Mike gave me the satisfaction I needed I purchased my 2004 PT Cruiser in the beginning of June 2015. Within a couple of weeks the battery light came on. Calls to the service department were I purchased my 2004 PT Cruiser in the beginning of June 2015. Within a couple of weeks the battery light came on. Calls to the service department were not satisfactory to my situation...I would have to wait weeks for service. A call to my salesman, Mike Sillinger on Thursday June 25, brought out their best. He told me to bring it in the next day, Friday, June 26th and he would get it fixed. I brought it in and they lived up to their word with a new alternator to solve my problem. To top it off, Brian drove the car to my work since I could not leave work to pick it up. I am looking to get a car for my fiancée and will most assuredly shop here again for my cars. Wouldn't Trade a Ford or Suburban Ford of Sterling Heights Recently I had routine maintenance done on my 2012 Ford Fusion. Much to my surprise the experience was even better than the last maintenance visit. Recently I had routine maintenance done on my 2012 Ford Fusion. Much to my surprise the experience was even better than the last maintenance visit. Suburban has done remodeling to their service area. A great routine experience got even better. When you deal with Suburban for maintenance, you aren't put into a "special room" with an overhead speaker system blurring, a vending machine and day old coffee. You are treated as if you are there to spend money on a new car which is very refreshing. You are given a pager and a time frame. They have always beat their estimated time for service. I have been told by my family that I can get service done at any Ford dealer closer to home but I have refused because why would I when I am happy with the service and treatment at Ford Suburban. More

I purchased my Fusion from Zach Simpson in December and have been very happy with it. When I took it to another Ford dealership for an oil change I was told I needed to purchase many other items. I took my car back to Brian Lagodna and he got me right in and checked my car promptly. He kept me informed on what was going on and even took me in the back to show me that my brakes were in fact new, contrary to what was told to me at another dealership. They washed my car and brought the joy back to me! I will only deal with Brian and his team! More
