Retuned my vehicle letting me know, they found nothing. Happend again. Collett, immediately saw to my transportation needs with a loaner. A week later my vehicle was ready. A detailed inspection could find nothing. Happend again. This visit had results,chafed wire intermittently causing issues. Repaired better then new. Well Done to the mechanics. Ms.Erickson treat me with great respect and kindness. Ms. Erickson showed knowledge and savvy at her job, I felt confident talking with her. A fine professional to have on your team. Quick, professional, courteous. I brought my 2016 Explorer sport to fix a known issue with the Car. Initially, when discovered, there was no known fix. As soon as it became available I brought my 2016 Explorer sport to fix a known issue with the Car. Initially, when discovered, there was no known fix. As soon as it became available, Mike called me and arranged for me to drop off the car and took care of it. the whole experience was fantastic. My wife dropped off the car on Wednesday and I received 2 calls from Mike and Dave ( the service advisor ) by Thursday detailing the whole process and the expected time. We will definitely keep dealing with this dealership, though it is far from our house, as long as you have employees and managers that care and get the job done with a smile. No Longer Loyal My entire family has been loyal to Ford. I cannot remember anything else. My father retired from Ford Chesterfield Trim, and my brother works at Ford Van Dyke. I have owned ford products myself for the last 30 years. My first car was a ford Grenada in 1984 so this review is painful to write. I have never had such a poor experience as I did Yesterday at Suburban Ford. It made me sick. I was gouged $700 to fix a plastic motor part that you can buy online for about $39. Shame on me for not checking first and trusting the service department. This is a vehicle with 50k on the odometer and the heater blend motor is a know design issue. The service reps would not even make eye contact with me let alone discuss it with me. I wrote a review on their Facebook page and they took it down. Kind of funny but also speaks to their character. Instead of addressing something they ignore it. Hope it will go away. Well I wont go away. They may have stolen 700 bucks from me but that doesn't mean I wont let everyone I can know about it. It costs far more to earn a customer than to keep one. I have a 2002 f150 with 178k on the odometer so a purchase is in my future. There is no way that purchase will happen with Sub Ford. I will continue to write and share my experience with as many as possible to save people from being harmed by this sorry excuse of a dealership. More
