Shelby Frazzitta was a rockstar in the level of service she provided, her updates and hard work with the insurance company went above and beyond. I had a loaner vehicle through the rental department where the service was fantastic as well. Connie and Holden were amazing as well, always willing to help with a smile. Not only were they great but any interaction I had with the staff there was great, keep up the great work!!! More

Great service Craig, Todd, and Don B did an awesome job on my car. A tree branch fell on it so a lot of parts had to be replaced. Mike S. and Nick in customer service go above and beyond excellent customer service!! Just moments after I purchased my new/used Flex, there was an extra key issue and an unknown 2 long hour wait for me and my little kiddo in tow. Mgr. Mike S. took the time to just hear me out, the used sales team really didn’t care, we’re misleading and not helpful to rectify the issue in regards to the extra key issue/long wait. However, Mgr. Mike S. made the unsettling car purchase experience so much better. Because of Mgr. Mike’s and Nick’s courtesy, attention, and understanding, I will be driving out of my way to have my Flex serviced at Surburban Ford Sterling Hgts. Thanks Mgr. Mike S. and Nick in service! More
Bad buy So I bought my car from their used car lot a week and a half ago and I been having problems since the first week. First it was my brakes. But after driving my car for a day it started making the same loud noise. I don’t understand why they just won’t replace the break pad. And now my car won’t start at all. This was the worst decision I ever made in my life. Don’t buy a car from here it’s not worth it. Also after she seen the review I wrote she tried to check me about it. No it’s not coming down either. I hope this makes people do a little more research about these dealerships instead of being naive like me being a first time car owner More
Disgusting I bought my car 16 hours prior to walking into the service center. Shelby acted like I was a total inconvenience to her busy day. That because I had already spent $13,500 the day before that my frustration was unwarranted that I couldn't have my car the 2nd day I owned it. Also that they couldn't find any car to put me in for 24 hours in a place where cars are EVERYWHERE! When I came to get my car I asked for a tire pressure gauge because the light was still on. I got a "no, nope, sorry, so sorry", then everyone just ignored me. I have NEVER been treated so disrespectfully in a service industry. I will NEVER come back nor recommend anyone to your service dept. I will advocate against it. More

Very Unaccommodating and Unprofessional I have a 2017 F150 The electronic tailgate doesn't work. There is no manual way to open it. This is a big problem for me because I have a construction business, and I load and unload tools, materials and equipment in it everyday. I brought my truck in first thing last Monday morning. They told me it takes all day for a diagnosis and another half day for a repair, likely using a part they have in stock. I couldn't leave it that day, so Mr. Kleinow says call back Wednesday or Thursday and let us know. I did. He said we probably have no time to look at it this week, and we likely do not have any rental or loaner cars available, but I will double check. I said I would like to bring it in Friday, at least for the diagnosis, and asked him to call back and let me know. I never heard back from him. So Friday morning, I tried a different advisor, Mr. White. I made an appointment for that day with him, and called him to explain the problems I was having, and ask whether it was feasible to have my truck at least diagnosed that day. I was even willing to sit there and wait, or get a shuttle ride somewhere. He said, "I will check and call you back in two minutes". I never heard from him again. So for a week, I tried to get my truck into this dealership for a warranty repair, on something that was a critical issue for me, and they just didn't care. They were unprofessional, unaccommodating, and unconcerned. This is only the second time I have had to have the truck looked at by this service department in the 18 months I have owned it, and both were very bad experiences. I will never go back there, even though that is where I bought the truck. I relayed my experience on the John Toppi, the general manager, and Jim Belk, the sales consultant, who had helped me with my purchase back in February 2017, and I heard nothing back from them either, although apparently Mr. Belk was on vacation. As a result, for the past week, I have been manually lifting heavy tools, materials, and equipment in and out of my truck bed, using the side steps as best I can. If you have an important repair, and you're hoping for some understanding, and a professional response, take your Ford to another dealership. You will have a difficult time here, and regret it. The Quick Lane Tire and Auto Center here is fine, but the service department is lousy and has serious problems. I have been a business owner for 20 years, and I would never tolerate customer service like this from my company. More
