I had a scheduled appointment to get into the business office and sign the papers for the deal (with Jeremy Sloat) but had to wait 50+ minutes after the scheduled time before we could sign papers. The dealership also left the gas tank almost empty when I picked up the truck, which I discovered a few minutes after leaving when an "almost out of gas" warning popped up on the display. Also, the "detailing" job that was supposed to have occurred appears to be more of a quick cleaning job that wasn't very thorough. More
